By keeping abreast of all the latest display technologies, industry developments and trends, we can give our customers the confidence that we will meet their application requirements in the most cost effective and efficient way. We also advise on complex product design and manufacturing issues and help many of our customers (including large OEMs) to resolve problems occurring with their own designs.
Our engineering competence also helps strengthen our relationships with our manufacturing partners. We work closely with them to meet the highest performance requirements (see Quality and Standards for more details). We are continually evaluating new products and technologies and making recommendations to manufacturers for improvements and enhancements, adding value to both our partners and end customers.
Within our Displays Division, we have extensive design experience in interface electronics, cable / interconnection, power circuitry, PCB, backlights, thermal / EMC analysis and ruggedisation issues. The focus of our Systems Division is successful product integration to ensure the interoperability of the core display products with other components (drivers, processors, communications components, e.g. WLAN, GSM/GPRS modules, etc.).
